Additionally, he founded Jamie Pajoel International (JPI), a prestigious leadership development organization focused on nurturing Africa’s future leaders.
Through JPI, Dr. Pajoel convenes the annual JPI Youth Leadership Convention, sponsoring numerous youths from Nigeria to attend. Interestingly, in 2023, he sponsored 27 youths from Eastern Nigeria to attend the Convention in Rwanda. Preparations are underway for the 2025 Convention in Lagos, Nigeria. This annual event provides a platform for young leaders to develop skills, network, and gain global perspectives.
Dr. Pajoel’s mission is to inspire and equip individuals, especially youths, to achieve their full potential. His mantra, “Nothing is too big for my mind, nothing dies in my hand,” reflects his belief in empowering others to succeed.
