Helen Paul, a talented Nigerian comedian, singer, and actress, has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, although from Benin city, Edo State, Helen has overcome early life challenges to achieve success.

With a distinctive voice range that sounds like a child, Helen’s stand-up comedy persona, Tatafo, has endeared her to fans, including myself. She has worked as a full-time presenter at several media houses in Nigeria, including Lagos Television (LTV 8), Continental Broadcasting Service (CBS), and M-Net, etc.

Moreso, her academic achievements are equally impressive. She obtained a doctorate in Theater Arts from the University of Lagos in 2019, dedicating it to her mother. In 2021, she relocated to the United States with her family and in 2022, she was appointed as the Head of the Arts, Music, and Entertainment department at Heart International University.

Despite the circumstances surrounding her conception, she wasn’t deterred to make something beautiful out of her life. Her accomplishments in the US serve as an inspiration to Nigerians both home and in the diaspora, showcasing the impact of hard work, resilience, and passion. We celebrate her achievements and look forward to her continued success.
