A 43-year-old Nigerian-British businessman, Igho Ubiribo, has reportedly died in Thailand after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure during a luxury holiday with his wife.
According to a report attributed to the Daily Mail, Ubiribo underwent the cosmetic procedure at a clinic in Bangkok, where 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected into his penis.

The report said a UK coroner concluded that the cosmetic procedure led to a fatal pulmonary embolism.
Ubiribo was reportedly in Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, when the tragedy occurred.
The case highlights the potential risks associated with cosmetic medical procedures and the importance of obtaining proper medical advice and understanding possible complications before undergoing such treatments
